Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to review designs, specifications, and drawings, providing technical expertise and solutions.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving technical challenges and issues that may arise during construction.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures to promote a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in both technical and project management roles within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software and other relevant technical tools.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of successfully resolving technical challenges on construction projects.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
