Similar to our bespoke access solutions, we offer tailor-made service contracts to our clients by taking into consideration the frequency of equipment usage, scope of works and authority inspections. In line with our quality expectations all service works are executed based on our European principal suppliers' guidelines backed by their extensive technical support.
With years of experience and relationships in this field, we have developed our network of local suppliers to provide quick turnaround time for parts replacement and thereby reducing equipment downtime.
For training, our certified and competent instructors will provide hands-on coaching to the client's representatives or end-users to ensure the equipment is operated safely and properly while working at height.
To ensure peace of mind for the client, we carry out recertification or renewal with local safety authority (DOSH/JKKP) with ease based on our competent personnel's knowledge of the equipment and local safety guidelines.
